Store credit only. Orders are eligible for return if they are received by Country Charm Boutique within 10 days of the purchase date with original tags attached. No returns on jewelry, custom orders, sale merchandise, or holiday items. All sales are final on tumblers. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still attached. Country Charm Boutique is not responsible for lost, damaged or tampered packages.
