When ordering a custom tumbler, there are special instructions that should be followed to ensure that your items lasts a lifetime. Please remember that these tumblers are custom made, by hand so there will be times that minor imperfections are unavoidable. Each tumbler will come with a care card inside, but you can always refer back to this page just in case your card gets misplaced!
1. Please do NOT place your custom tumbler in the microwave.
2. Please do NOT soak your custom tumbler.
3. Please keep your tumbler out of extreme heat.
All custom tumblers are sealed with food grade safe epoxy and while it is coated and cured, dropping or mishandling can cause it to break. If for any reason there is damage to your tumbler, please contact us with photos so that we can compare them to the photos that we take before they are shipped out. Once it is determined how damage occurred, we will work with you to make sure you are satisfied.
